Terms and conditions for the quizzes of Team Jumbo-Visma
1. These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the Promotion Conditions) apply to the quizzes of Team Jumbo-Visma.
2. By taking part in this quiz, participants agree to these participation conditions.
3. The winner of the competition will be chosen by Team Jumbo-Visma.
4. No correspondence will be entered into about the result.
5. The winner of this quiz will receive an answer by email.
6. Maximum one entry per person.
7. Participating and collect prizes from the age of 18.
8. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and / or other prizes.
9. The winner may not substitute someone else to collect the prize.
10. At the request of Team Jumbo-Visma, the winner must be able to identify themselves with a valid identity document when collecting the prize.
11. If it appears that the information provided by a participant is incorrect, Team Jumbo-Visma has the right to exclude the relevant participant from participating in the quiz and / or it can be decided to cancel the right to collect the prize.
12. In case of a reasonable suspicion of unlawful influence on the quiz, abuse or fraud, Team Jumbo-Visma bv reserves the right to refuse participation or quiz participants or to cancel the right to a prize (afterwards).
13. The names and / or photos / recordings of winners, if expressly agreed in writing in advance, may be used in promotional activities related to this quiz. They are in no way entitled to any (financial) compensation.
14. Team Jumbo-Visma is not liable for any (consequential) damage to participants or third parties that may arise in any way from this Promotion.
15. All intellectual property regarding texts, images, layout, software or other information about this quiz, belongs to Team Jumbo-Visma.
16. Printing, spelling, typesetting or similar errors cannot be countered and in no way constitute an obligation for Team Jumbo-Visma.
17. In cases where these Promotion Conditions do not provide, Team Jumbo-Visma decides.
18. Team Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to change the Promotion Conditions in the interim and / or to terminate the promotion prematurely.
