About Jos van Emden
At 37 years old, Jos van Emden is one of Team Jumbo-most Visma's seasoned riders. The Dutchman has spent his entire cycling career riding for the team and its forerunners. He has already been at the start of a grand tour fourteen times, riding as a domestique. It enhanced the beauty of his triumph in the 2017 Giro's last time trial. By winning the Dutch time trial championship in 2010 and 2019, the rider has proven that he can do well in a race against the clock. Van Emden has a contract with the Dutch cycling formation until 2023.
