- These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the Promotion Conditions) apply to the 'Win a pair of glasses signed by Marianne Vos' of Team Jumbo-Visma.
- The promotion runs from 27 September, 2021 up to and including 1 October 2021 (hereinafter: the Promotion Period).
- There will be 1 winner during this promotion (hereinafter: the winner).
- By participating in this competition, participants indicate that they agree to these participation conditions.
- The winner of the competition is determined by Team Jumbo-Visma.
- There will be no correspondence about the result.
- The winner of this promotion will win a pair of glasses signed by Marianne Vos, which will be sent to the home address.
- Maximum one participation per person.
- Participate and collect prizes from the age of 18.
- The prize is not exchangeable for cash and / or other prizes.
- The winner may not put someone else in his place to collect the prize.
- At the request of Team Jumbo-Visma, the winner must be able to identify himself with a valid proof of identity when collecting the prize.
- If it appears that the information provided by a participant is incorrect, Team Jumbo-Visma has the right to exclude the participant concerned from participating in the Promotion and / or it can be decided to cancel the right to collect the prize.
- The winner of the prize will be contacted by e-mail by Team Jumbo-Visma no later than 6 October 2021.
- If the winner has not been reached within 2 days after the first approach via the data known to Team Jumbo-Visma and / or has not responded to the relevant notification, the prize will be forfeited to the first reserve winner.
- In the event of a reasonable suspicion of unlawful influencing of the Promotion, abuse or fraud, Jumbo-Visma reserves the right to refuse participation or participants in the Promotion or to cancel the right to a prize (afterwards).
