Tobias Foss has been riding for Team Jumbo-Visma since 2020. The Norwegian gained a solid reputation in his youth, partly because he won the road and time trial national championships. In 2019, he rode a rock-solid Tour de l'Avenir and finished first in the final classification. Among the pros, he became Norwegian road champion once and rode to victory in the national time trial twice. The 25-year-old rider impressed at the 2022 World Time Trial Championships in Wollongong, Australia. He rode the fastest time, and as a result, he became the first Norwegian world elite time trial champion. Foss is under contract with the Dutch cycling team until 2023.
