About Per Strand Hagenes
Norway-born Per Strand Hagenes has been a member of the Jumbo-Visma Development Team since 2022. Like his compatriot Johannes Staune-Mittet, Strand Hagenes will join the World Tour team in 2024. In 2021, he became the world road champion in the junior category. As a first-year U23 rider, he won two stage races the following year.
