About Amber Kraak

Amber Kraak has a long history in the elite sporting community. She became world rowing champion (Lightweight Women's Double Sculls) in 2016, but her professional cycling career did not begin until 2021. The team spirit that Kraak lacked in rowing, she found in cycling. Kraak has already had success in her short cycling career, taking first place in the 2022 Tour of Scandinavia mountain classification and the 2022 Volta Limburg Classic. The 28-year-old cyclist, who has a contract with Team Jumbo-Visma Women till at least 2024, rode cleverly to finish second in the third stage of the Grand Prix de Plouay.
