Visit the Team Jumbo-Visma Fanzone during the Vuelta start in Utrecht
Are you a cycling fan and have you always wanted to know more about Team Jumbo-Visma? Then this is your chance to get to know the cycling team a little better! During the Vuelta start in Utrecht on Friday 19 August, part of the Jaarbeurs will be transformed into a yellow-black Fanzone. You don't have to miss anything of the team time trial, because from the Fanzone you can walk straight to the starting podium.
In the Team Jumbo-Visma Fanzone you can take a look at a sports director's car, watch the mechanics tinker with the bikes and score your favourite Team Jumbo-Visma item in the merchandise stand. It is also possible to test your legs on a Tacx trainer in the Team Jumbo-Visma Academy truck.
The Academy also organizes races for children from two to twelve years old on school bikes. On the Vuelta course, participants participate in their own age class on a bicycle with fat tires; so no racing bike! In addition, 'La Gran Final' will be held on August 20: the final part of the Vuelta Dikke Tire Races of the past period.
