How does this cinema experience work?

This experience involves a virtual 3D cinema environment in which you feel as if you are in a real room. You are assigned a seat, you see a part of the theater and the lights are turned off before the show starts. It is also possible to play the documentary fullscreen.

When can I watch the documentary?

The documentary is available for viewing on one device at a time through your unique link for 12 hours after purchasing your ticket.

How do I get access?

When you purchase a ticket through the ticket page you will immediately receive an email with a unique link. From that moment on, the documentary will be viewable on one device at a time for 12 hours.

Is the documentary also available elsewhere?

No, the documentary Plan B, the fall & rise of Team Jumbo-Visma can only be watched via this cinema experience.

Is the documentary subtitled?

Yes, the documentary includes English and Dutch subtitles. By default, the subtitles are based on your chosen language on the website.

Can I watch it on several devices at the same time?

No, per access code you can only watch the documentary on one device at a time. You can switch devices by closing the tab in your browser and reopening the cinema experience in another browser.

On which devices can I watch the cinema experience?

You can watch the cinema experience on desktop, tablet or mobile (except for Internet Explorer 11). Tip: if you have an Apple TV, we recommend streaming the image to your TV via Airplay Mirroring.

Can I order more than one ticket?

Yes you can, however, per order you can only buy one ticket. For multiple tickets you need to place multiple orders.

How long will the documentary take?

The entire documentary lasts one hour.

Can I pause or rewind the documentary?

Yes, that is possible.

I accidentally closed the cinema experience, what should I do now?

No problem, by clicking on the link from the email on the same device again the experience will start again.

I did not receive an access code, what should I do now?

It is possible that the email ended up in your spam box, we recommend that you check it. Is the e-mail not in your spam box either? Please send an e-mail to info@teamjumbovisma.nl including a proof of payment.
