Food Friday is back! In the upcoming season, we’ll write once more about our vision and strategy on several food topics. We kick start this season with a topic that is getting more and more media attention: eating less meat. How do we feel about riders eating less/no meat? Meat is after all a known source for protein. One of the macronutrients, just like carbohydrates and fat, which are the important pillars of our riders’ meal plan.
